• Q: What does IADS4 cost?
• A: IADS has always and will always be provided for free. We do offer fee-based training, software & XML support, and data conversion services.
• Q: Will my current IETM data work in IADS4?
• A: The answer depends on the standard used to tag the data. IADS4 supports 40051B, 40051-1, 38784, 63029, & S1000D. If you are already using Publication Services to create your IETM, then you should have a seamless transition to the new software.
• Q: What about my RPSTL?
• A: RPSTL data will need to be converted to the same standard as the rest of your data. This means if you have a Section2 file or a RPSTL database, a conversion process will need to be run on the data. Contact us to find out how we can help with that effort.
• Q: What graphic formats are supported?
• A: CGM, SVG, PNG, JPG, BMP, G4, TIFF, & GIF. In addition to graphics, IADS4 supports embedded video files (AVI, WMV, MPG).
